Who is ready for the season premiere of Supernatural?? We are on the count down at this point!! Season 9! Woo hoo! This is very exciting to me! I have claimed the TV in the living room so I can watch it in HD. My hubby knows he better stay out of my way while the season premiere is on. I have rules! No talking!!! Lol   What is everyone doing for the premiere? Anything special?  I'm gonna have camp set up in front of the tv in a few mins. I'm gonna have everything I need in the living room...dinner basically. Lol. |

Yes I got S8, the wait is over, lots of potential with angels this year,they threw in some twists and surprises tonight, I knew little about what was coming but its cool they can still surprise.

I had Chinese food for the premiere, bourbon chicken and fried rice. I wonder if Dean likes Chinese LOL. I still record on my VCR, no HD here yet.

I can't believe the show is starting again. I wonder what the deal is with the angels falling? Did you get to see the premiere? Like casfan said...They had quite a few twists regarding the angels. I was surprised a little.  |

I'm willing to bet that Dean Loves Chinese food! Lol.  Dean likes pretty much any kind of take out food. I don't know why I just thought of this...but remember the turducken episode? That was so gross watching people (especially Dean) eating those turducken sandwiches. Lol. yuck. Those darn Leviathans.   I really enjoyed the premiere! I'm a bit shocked at the angel activity on earth. Angry little things, aren't they?  I'd like to rewatch the epi one more time to make sure I caught everything. There was quite a bit of info in this epi. I didn't hear any mention of Metatron...maybe I missed something? That's why I want to re-watch it again...just in case I missed something.   |

Yes they know how to gross us out, ew turducken was nasty. Dean does seem to eat things that go bad on him, beer, sub sandwich, almost peanut brittle but Sam stopped him that time. Also in the stripper epi didn't he drink some liquor he shouldn't have?
I don't think they mentioned Metatron but I saw a promo vid for epi 2 and he is mentioned.
There was a lot in the premiere, I liked Bobby's line: "excuse me are you dead because I am". I loved them bickering in the Impala.

Thoughts on episode 2 last night? Abaddon makes her appearance...but not sure if they mentioned Metatron yet. There seems to be a tug of war in Heaven and Hell in regard to who's in charge. Abaddon is one evil bitch. Wow. |

I did my usual burger/pie/beer meal for the premier. It's how I bring in every new season since 4.
Saw both episodes and while a good start, nothing made me go "OOOOOOOOOOH!" Abbadon is part of that whole MoL thing, which hasn't grown on me for a couple of reasons that I've mentioned before, so I'm not really intrigued by anything going on with her.
Speaking of something I mentioned before, I'm tired of angels being d1cks so I'd like to see that resolved quickly and then never done again. I think you can have the Sam plotline without the angels being a-holes. Enough of that.
I'm working late this week so I probably won't see this week's episode until the next day.

That's not how I'd like to think they would be here on earth.  I'm still wondering what's going on up there in Heaven. What is Metatron up to? And what's up with Kevin? He freaked out with Crowley...it's like he's had enough. Crowley almost seemed pleased by Kevin's outburst of rage and anger. |
