Sorry for the delay posting about Minncon. Time flies by, where did summer go?
Yes Richard came out Saturday at the beginning of the day’s panel and announced he had bad news. I thought it was about the weather (t-storms coming) LOL.
Anyway, he was very serious and made it sound so terrible, I thought, I’m sure there is video out there. I saw a post on Twitter later, the fandom feeling like this: they posted a picture of Sam and Dean doing the Braveheart like attack.
He said Misha wouldn’t be doing his panel, not up to it, but he did do all his photo ops and autographs (I think because there are no refunds). He used props and the other people in the photos including J2 to hide the cut above his lip.
I bought an autograph on Friday, I’m so glad I did because otherwise I would not have seen him at all. It was only about 3 seconds LOL but he looked extremely handsome (my God) and other than the cut above his lip I didn’t see anything else on his face.
Since then it seems they may be downplaying what happened, its hard to know. In the Vendors Room, at the Random Acts table, they had a card/little book you could sign for Misha. They were also collecting school supplies, I brought some.
A local radio morning host I listen to brought up Misha’s incident and has recently been talking about assaults in downtown Mpls, people leaving work from restaurants and other jobs early in the morning being beaten and robbed, pretty seriously. Also large groups of “youth” roaming around. Mpls is so PC they don’t do much to control some things. Its not Mary Tyler Moore’s Mpls anymore. I was worried about being down there after dark even before Misha’s incident. When I left Karaoke Friday night, I was alone and was also alone in the parking ramp, very creepy. I did not go to the Saturday night concert because I wanted to leave before dark and also because I keep having trouble finding East I-94 LOL. I get myself turned around down there, not familiar to me. It is comical.
Richard and the others didn’t waste any time picking on him, apparently when Jared went into the Green Room where they hang out, he said: “Its feeling kind of muggy in here”. I guess all the guy guests were razzing him a lot. Alaina Huffman was the only woman guest.
Since Misha didn’t do his Saturday panel, they filled it with Richard, Matt and Rob. It was fun. A few of the guest stars commented on the size of the stage, it’s a full auditorium stage, saying it’s the largest they’ve been on. They liked all the room for the band and jumping around to the music.

'Supernatural' star Misha Collins reportedly assaulted in Minneapolis
Social media was abuzz Saturday after reports that Misha Collins, a lead star of CW’s “Supernatural” TV series, was mugged in Minneapolis over the weekend.
Collins was in town for Creation Entertainment’s official "Supernatural" convention, known as MinnCon, celebrating the show’s 10th anniversary. Collins, who plays the angel Castiel, tweeted to his fans Saturday around 4:30 p.m.: “Hey guys! Thanks for all the well-wishes! Just want u to know I’ve just got some minor scrapes. I’m totally fine! Love u guys.”
Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder said he too had heard rumors of the attack but had not been notified of any crime report involving Collins. While the convention website lists the Minneapolis Hyatt as the official convention hotel, it was not known where the actors were staying.
Fans took to Twitter and Facebook to try to get information on what happened to Collins. Co-star Jim Beaver, who plays the father figure “Bobby,” wrote on Facebook that Collins was attacked while leaving a restaurant. Fans quickly started a hashtag, #WeLoveYouMisha, that was trending worldwide. Others were prompted to donate to some of the charities that Collins is associated with, such as @randomactsorg.
According to social media reports, the MinnCon master of ceremonies and "Supernatural" co-star Richard Speight Jr. announced that Collins had been mugged and would skip his scheduled appearance on a Saturday panel.
The website HollywoodTake.com reported that Collins was posing with fans Saturday even though he received stitches the night before.

Lol. Also, I wasn't real fond of Sam dealing with Rowena at the end of the epi...secrets are never good for the boys. 
Then when they show the real Jimmy and his wife together in heaven I lost it! 
I have to admit that I'm not a huge fan of Misha normally (it has to do when we met him at a ChiCon one year we had gold tickets). Anyway, He got me choked up with his acting on that last scene. Omg...
