Anyone going to the CHICON this year? It is in September instead of October this year...Sept.9th-11th. Not thrilled about that...Transformers Con took our spot at the hotel in October. GRRR! I heard they are changing back to October next year...I'm hoping.

I just got general admission seating for all 3 days. We've never really had a good view with the preferred seating...so I figured what's the difference if it was general or preferred? I have a friend coming with me on Friday. I'm hoping to be able to recruit more friends for the other 2 days. Seatinig grrr Michele, I get it! I went to first Minncon in 2015 and had copper level and was in the center section but Row W (I waited too long to buy tickets). Anyway, I waited too long for 2016 but got Row H on the left side which I though was good because in 2015 J2 stood or sat in the middle or to the left. Anyway, this year they sat way on the right by the band!!! Is it random or just where the volunteers put the chairs!!! I was closer but had to make an effort to see them because a woman in front of me had a BIG head LOL. They never really moved to my side either.

Lol casfan about the woman with the BIG head!! That's me too! Always! Someone tall always sits in front of me at these type of seating situations. Ugh...problems of vertically challenged! Lol. Oh well.

I'm still trying to recruit more SPN friends to come with me to the Con. So far I have a few maybes. We'll see. It's expensive for lesser fans. Lol. I threw caution to the wind when I bought my tickets. I don't have the money either...but screw it! Credit card! I would have LOVED a photo op....but that's sold out...so the temptation isn't there. lol. Otherwise I'd probably get Jensen tickets for that too.
